Shipping & Returns

Make your return within 15 days from the date you received your order under the terms and conditions provided for by the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection. The products to be replaced must be in the condition they were received, complete and undamaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, in excellent condition, with the special markings (tags) and proof of purchase.

IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN, YOU HAVE THE OPTION:

Make an exchange for the same or another product/products, through our online store.

Make your change in the e-shop if you have made your original purchase from there. You have the option to send your package back with any shipping method you wish as the shipping costs are yours. Your package should contain:

a. the product you are returning

b. your receipt

To reserve/hold the product you wish to exchange, you must place a new order. You can request to replace it with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish.

Finally, you must inform us of the courier you wish to use, as the cost of the shipping is your responsibility.

The return process usually takes 5-6 business days from the moment we receive the return at our company.

In the event that a defect is found in the returned product, the company must contact the consumer to resolve the issue. Products to be returned to the e-shop must be sent to our company's address.

Our store may refuse to accept returned items that do not meet the above conditions.
