Handmade Byzantine hagiography of the Crucified with the Sorrowful Ones (Virgin Mary and Apostle John) on a wood-carved cross polished with triple-thick 23.75 carat gold leaf. The cross is placed in a handmade Italian wooden frame with museum glass and the interior is lined with blue velvet.
